We designed Warranty Foundations to introduce new warranty administrators to the policies and procedures that govern Lexus warranty and the Clams Processing System where claims are entered. This course also serves as a refresher for our experienced parties looking to stay up to date on claim documentation, policies, and much more. Our objective is to ensure warranty administrators are equipped with an understanding and confidence in the following topics to ensure proper claim submission: Utilizing the warranty resources, such as the Claims Processing and Resource Center, Navigating the Claim Processing System (CPS), RO documentation, Review of specific warranty processes, including Mileage Discrepancies, DOFU Update Requests, Left-Off Appeals, and much more!

Our two-hour online training seminars are held virtually via Microsoft Teams. In this two-hour span, we will take a deep dive on the specified topic and allow room for questions to confirm understanding. Registration for classes will close within 24-48 hours of the class start time. Once registration has closed, an email with a Microsoft Teams Meeting link will be distributed to the email provided upon sign up.
